One of the things that got a lot of complaints about the current beta is the annoyance of calculating Power and Import, especially for folks with multiple Traditions. I'm trying to simplify it. Here's the current winner:

Start with a score of 3 in all Natures, and a Power score of 2.

You can adjust these as follows:

- You can raise or lower all your Nature scores by 1 or 2 points. If you raised your Natures, raise your Power by the same amount (1 or 2 points). If you lowered your Natures, lower your Power.
- Do you have one
*area of strength?*Increase two Natures by two points each, and increase your Power by one. - Do you have one
*area of weakness?*Decrease two Natures by two points each, and decrease your Power by one. You can’t lower anything below zero. - If you have any scores above 5, lower them to 5. If you have any scores of 0, raise them to 1.
- If you have Infrastructure (page xx), add one to Power.
- Add one to Power for each type of Mystical Expertise you have (page xx).
- You should end up with a number between 0 and 9.

Examples:

- If every Nature is rated N, you have Power N-1.
- 5/5/5/5/5/5 with Archetypal, Polymath, Prodigy, Satori, and Infrastructure I is Power 9.
- 5/5/5/5/3/3 is Power 3.
- 5/5/3/3/3/3 is also Power 3.
- 1/1/3/3/5/5 is Power 2.
- You can't get to 1/1/1/1/5/5.

It does have some odd results, but it's simpler to explain.

Side note: The costs for Path and Fount have been moved to a separate rule: The first time per session that you access a new Fount or Path, pay one Twist, to a maximum of 2 Twists/session. Way simpler.
