World Tree RPG
This is the only other RPG I can think of, other than Sorc and Runequest/Mythras, where magic is routinely used by the bulk of the population. The setting is most notable for lacking humans and having instead a set of anthropomorphic animal species. Magic is a noun + verb system similar to that of Ars Magica. The gods are very present, being visible as celestial objects in the sky, and are the source of magic. Quite an odd game and I put it forward as inspiration for other worlds in the Kaleidiscope or the realms of the Worlds Beyond.
