It seems fine to me. Kudos to you for your very good work (and to Tau Ceti for the portions that relied on their input), and much thanks for making this available. I'll let the two of you sort out the possible remaining wrinkles about the fine points of push/pull and slipshank sections since creatively tinkering with them kinda flies over my head, even if I understand how to apply the concept in play.
One point I'd like to clarify: the supplement nowhere provides a clear and explicit rule to define which, if any, the Level 3 maintainance needs of Chronotech be, or if this Capability alone is extempt from this limitation. In some points (Biotech-Chronotech Capability synergy p. 8, and Technological Support, p. 33) the book seems to kind of imply the broad equivalent of a maintainance requirement would be the need for electrical power for Chronotech to function (short of having high Biotech), and vulnerability to EMP pulses. However the issue is not clearly defined, and I find it confusing. E.g. does this mean Chronotech entirely stops working if the Stringtech need is not satisfied ? Please provide an explicit rule (a sidebar ? additonal text in Technological Support ?).
