When in an extended conflict, what do you do when there is a tie? Reroll or ties go one way or the other?

We've gone with ties go to the defender since the attacker loses nothing in a failed attack.

I'd typically assign the win to the person with the higher scores. This usually results in a quick use of Reserve. :) If everything's tied, they can roll off.

The defender winning is also a fine way to handle things.
