Transhumanism brought to an extreme, the transapients are specifically attempting to modify themselves in any way possible to exceed the abilities of any human or post-human. They view themselves as accelerating sentient development, catching up to the Aia, or attempting to exceed classical limitations of humanity. Opponents view them as actively trying to sell their humanity for raw power. Transapients are most common in the Stardwellers. They are almost unheard of in the Mechanicans.
Transapients get the Core Value “Superiority”. This may be used to prevent following orders, but also makes it easier for others to convince the transcapient to ignore orders (especially from Ts). It also protects against being convinced that the Transapient is in any way inferior to someone else.
Transapients must always sell out for at least 1 point. At the beginning of each session, the Transcapient's player may opt to trade in their twist for a +1 in every capability (to a maximum of 11). This does not increase the character's reserve, only his/her/its score.
