Numenera - Sufficiently Advanced

So the setting of Numenera is known as the 9th world. The 8 civilizations that came before left large amounts of detritus and artifacts. These artifacts are weird and basically Clarketech. So if people need something for inspiration, why not reskin the Clarketech to be actual magic? The game is meant to have some degree of a discovery element to it and the succession of world's seems like it fits with the Brahma cycle angle somewhat.
