Playing at the weekend, I noticed that it was easier for a higher import (ie higher number of theme) character to gain extra twists from complications (ie the complications started at a lower level). Firstly, is my understanding correct?
Assuming this is so, then can an Import 5 character (ie max capabilities 8-10) ever gain another twist without taking the equivalent of a critical wound? (Which is really nasty and makes me think I'd go for plot immunity 4 at least for such a character!)
Is the 'game balance' behind this the way that capabilities are capped with higher themes? (not that I'm objecting)!
