Weighing in a bit on your Twitter question… high level precognition. Also if you haven't reviewed the TV tropes section on story breaker powers already, that would probably be a good idea.
Contessa's Power(Path To Victory) from Worm is at the top of the list and is probably blindingly obvious. Contessa asks her power how to do something. So long as it doesn't involve a hardcoded restriction programmed into the power, she gets an answer, combined with reflex assistance carrying out the path and depending on the path, getting fed information she couldn't possibly know any other way. Its a huge affront to the agency of every other character in the story.
Precognition on the level of the Simurgh(Also from Worm) is another example. She has such a broad view and understanding of all the possible futures that she can fark around during her fights in a way that she primes people to go crazy at exactly the time she desires in the future, leading to them going on rampages that inevitably make the world a worse place. She is the hurricane-making butterfly with full understanding of her capabilities, and her precognition could easily be refluffed as fate manipulation it is that ridiculous. Another power that acts as an affront to the agency of every other character in the story.
On a lower scale for examples of precognitive powers… Coil's power from Worm. This isn't the ridiculous affront to people's agency that Contessa or Simurgh's power is, but it incentivizes turtling.
Branch the timeline(Technically Coil's running a simulation in his head and his power is puppeting him through the timeline he would have chosen anyways). See how both timelines go. Pick one.
You can call heads in one timeline and tails in another timeline on a coin toss, enabling you to perfectly call it every time.
You can interrogate somebody using unsavory methods in one timeline, then discard it like it never happened.
You can simultaneously have your minions have performed and not performed a mission, enabling their failure to have never happened for you if they fail.
It violates the Exalted Rule of no take backsies/incentivizes turtling, and so is probably a bad idea for a tabletop role playing game.
